August's 'Ladies @ Lunch' event!

'Ladies @ Lunch' is held on the first Wednesday of every month at the fabulous Hallmark Hotel in Carlisle city centre!

Providing an event for local women in business to get together, build long-term relationships, share valuable information and exchange contacts all over a fabulous 2 course lunch with coffee and chocolates to finish.

This month our good friend Barbara Dent from 'Forever Knowledge' brought along a hole range of goodies for us to sample. Everything in the range is made from purely natural products and based around the aloe vera plant which has a number of wellbeing properties.

Great food, great contacts, and great conversation!
